MOGA OFF x Nuua present “Ocean to Table”, an immersive dining experience blending Caparica’s fishing culture with the flavours and fragrances of Morocco 🌊

Join us at Nuua on Wednesday, May 27th, to meet local fishermen before the dinner, a unique moment to discover their traditions and way of life.

Enjoy a dinner where Moroccan and Portuguese influences come together through fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Chefs Duarte Mayer (PT) and Simo (MA) will take you through a carefully curated menu, set against the backdrop of Caparica’s seaside views.

MENU AMUSE BOUCHE •⁠ ⁠Shot of tomato & watermelon gazpacho •⁠ ⁠⁠Sardines "rillettes" (or mousse) pincho with moroccan spices

STARTER Fresh Tuna tartar with truffle (tartuffa) ball, served with a hot miso sauce

MAIN DISH Grilled octopus with a pimped peri peri sauce and chimichurri with moroccan preserved lemons, pommes allumettes

DESSERT Orange blossom panacotta with citrus confit and cinnamon crumble
