Terms of Use – DISCRAVE
Last updated: 27 January 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") define the conditions for accessing and using the Discrave platform (the "Platform").
Discrave is a platform for discovering and aggregating cultural events, allowing users to browse events and be redirected to third-party platforms for ticket purchases where available.
2. Access to the platform
Access to the public Discrave website is free.
Some features are reserved for users with a professional account (venues, cultural spaces, organisers, local authorities).
Creating an account implies full acceptance of these Terms.
3. Role of Discrave
Discrave acts exclusively as an event indexing and distribution platform, and as an intermediary redirecting users to third-party ticketing platforms.
Discrave does not sell tickets (except where a future feature is explicitly stated), does not organise events, and is not responsible for how events are run.
4. Published content
Organisers and professional accounts are solely responsible for the information provided, the accuracy of dates, venues and prices, and compliance with applicable law.
Discrave reserves the right to modify, hide or remove any content that does not comply with platform rules or the law.
Discrave applies post-publication moderation. Some content may require approval or be removed without notice.
5. Professional subscriptions
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are monthly or annual, with no commitment unless otherwise stated, and may be suspended in case of non-payment.
Subscriptions for local authorities are subject to a specific agreement and manual activation.
6. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Discrave does not store any banking data.
In case of payment failure: access may be temporarily limited, then suspended after a grace period.
7. Third-party redirects
Discrave may contain links to third-party sites (ticketing platforms, partners).
Discrave has no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or services.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the Platform (text, visuals, logo, brand, structure) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Personal data
The handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy available on the Platform.
10. Liability
Discrave cannot be held liable for: a cancelled or changed event, incorrect information provided by a third party, or a dispute between a user and an organiser. Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.
11. Changes to the Terms
Discrave reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
