The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room. Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 30 people. When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you receive access to the room and your tickets. All Guests must have a ticket, this includes entry to the party room, unless they are under 3 years of age. Tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to bring your own decorations however we do not permit any tape on the walls. You are welcome to bring in your own food and drink although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite. If you prefer, you can always order pizza or cake to the venue – please give them “Bubble Planet Experience” with the address 103 110th Avenue Northeast, Bellevue, 98004 to ensure there are no issues with your delivery. In order to offer the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room starts your visit and your party guests visit the exhibition following the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this helps you avoid searching for your party guests to round them up to return to the room in time for cake and soft drinks. The room comes with Happy Birthday banners and tablecloths, napkins, forks, plates for cake and soft drinks. For children under age 3 or whomever prefers it, we can switch the soft drinks for juice.
