All attending adults need valid tickets, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. If you are unsure about the number of attendees, please select the minimum. The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room. Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 50 people. When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you receive access to the room and your tickets. All guests must have a ticket, this includes entry to the party room, unless they are under 3 years of age. Tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to bring your own decorations however we do not permit any tape on the walls. You are welcome to bring in your own cake and drink although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite.
