sun 13 Sept from 12:00 to 13:00
Join us for an afternoon of music, sculpting and somatic release all set to a live DJ
Our rave sculpt flow is like working out in the club. Think: vinyasa flow warm up, targeted muscle group exercises, core strengthening and intense cardio-dance fusion, all set to house music that will get your body moving and burning.
You can expect powerful playlist, a class that pushes you to your limits, and people who are there for the same reasons you are. Feel free to come early or stay late.
