Dance Temple is an immersive ecstatic dance experience blending deep electronic world music, intentional movement, ceremonial spoken word, breathwork, meditation, and community connection.

Guided through a journey of sound, breath, and embodied expression, participants are invited to release stress, awaken the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with themselves and others in a sacred atmosphere.

The evening flows through ecstatic dance, somatic movement, mindfulness practices, and ritual, creating a powerful midweek reset for body, mind, and spirit.

Before and after the journey, enjoy craft cocktails, mocktails, kombucha, cacao, tea, delicious food, and meaningful conversation at Atlanta Utility Works.

What to bring: Yoga mat, water, eye mask or bandana, and a towel.
